About The Position
Seldin Company is seeking a Grounds/Make Ready Technician at Indian Run apartment community in Abilene, TX. This is a conventional property with 256 units. This position will maintain the physical condition and appearance of the community, perform minor and routine maintenance/repairs, and provide exceptional customer service to the community's residents.

- Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather
