Requirements
- Previous maintenance, construction, make ready, or related experience preferred
- Knowledge of painting, drywall, plumbing, and basic electrical work
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Positive, team-first attitude with a customer service mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
Responsibilities
- Prepare apartment homes for new resident move-ins
- Complete painting, drywall, carpentry, and general repair work
- Address basic plumbing and electrical repairs
- Ensure every apartment is move-in ready and meets quality standards
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming community
- Support fellow team members to deliver an exceptional resident experience
