The role focuses on restoring vacant apartment homes to market-ready condition, completing apartment turns in time to meet move-in deadlines, and performing related maintenance, repairs, and administrative tasks. Requirements

Previous building-maintenance experience involving drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, appliance repair, and HVAC is preferred; the employer is willing to train.
HVAC certification or experience is preferred; the employer is willing to train.
Possess own tools.
Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with the team dress code policy.
Communicate effectively and professionally with residents and co-workers.
Have basic computer skills and be comfortable learning software, apps, and programs.
Have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

Previous building-maintenance experience involving drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, appliance repair, and HVAC.
HVAC certification or experience.

Responsibilities

Restore vacant apartment homes to market-ready status.
Complete the vacant apartment turn process in a timely manner to meet move-in deadlines, including drywall repairs, painting, caulking, and grouting.
Repair or replace appliances, faucets, garbage disposals, entry locks, and windows; perform carpentry and ceramic tile installation.
Complete administrative paperwork as necessary.
Assist with snow and ice removal as required.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
