About The Position
Revised Personnel is currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Make-Ready Housekeeper for an apartment complex. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with the potential for long-term placement based on performance and attendance. This position is responsible for preparing vacant apartment units for new residents by ensuring each unit is clean, organized, and move-in ready.
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping or apartment make-ready experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic
Responsibilities
- Cleaning vacant apartment units
- Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, windows, and appliances
- Removing trash and debris from units
- Assisting maintenance staff with make-ready tasks as needed
- Ensuring units meet company cleanliness standards
