About The Position

Indigo Apartments is hiring a full-time Make Ready Technician for its apartment community in San Antonio, Texas. The role prepares vacant apartments for market-ready status through turnover repairs and improvements, helps maintain the property and grounds, supports the maintenance team with light tasks, and provides residents with outstanding customer service.

Requirements

• At least 12 months of onsite experience.
• Knowledge of painting and basic make-ready skills.
• Knowledge of how to make keys and rekey units.
• Knowledge of appliances.
• Must be bilingual in Spanish.
• Able to frequently stand and walk for extended periods, and push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver up to 40 pounds independently and 100 pounds with assistance.
• Willing to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status through turnover repairs and improvements.
• Maintain, clean, and remove snow from grounds, including common areas.
• Keep the property clean and free of trash and debris.
• Assist the maintenance team with light tasks when needed.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to management.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
