Yokogawa Corporation of America is seeking a highly motivated Large Project Business Development Manager to support strategic large project pursuits within the energy and process industries across North America. This position is based in Houston, Texas. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on identifying, developing, and coordinating large capital project opportunities with owner/operators, EPC firms, and strategic industry stakeholders. The successful candidate will help position Yokogawa as a strategic Main Automation Contractor (MAC) partner for major industrial projects. The role requires strong understanding of large capital project development cycles. The individual will work closely with Yokogawa key account managers, EPC account teams, proposal organizations, consultants, and business units to support strategic project pursuits from early development through project award. The ideal candidate may come from industrial sales, project management, program leadership, EPC organizations, automation execution, or related industrial leadership roles. Prior deep sales experience is valuable but not required. Yokogawa is willing to develop advanced sales and pursuit skills for candidates who demonstrate strong project leadership capability, strategic thinking, communication skills, and relationship-building potential.
