About The Position

AllianceHCM in San Antonio, TX is calling all customer service professionals to apply to join our business development team as a full-time Major Accounts Sales Executive! Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success in selling HCM or payroll services
  • Experience selling to Major Accounts and managing complex sales cycles
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Customer service skills

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Knowledge of HCM software solutions is a plus
  • Internet marketing sales experience is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing and executing all aspects of the sales cycle.

  • Ensuring a smooth transition from the proposal process to successful onboarding and integration.
  • Aggressively seeking out new business opportunities to develop new leads.
  • Scheduling initial appointments to present services to business owners in person.
  • Preparing and presenting proposals to convert leads into new business deals.
  • Transitioning new clients to onboarding.
  • Conducting follow-up with new clients to ensure satisfaction and address questions or concerns.
