Requirements

5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success in selling HCM or payroll services
Experience selling to Major Accounts and managing complex sales cycles
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Charismatic and personable
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Extremely organized and detail-oriented
Ability to effectively prioritize tasks while demonstrating good time management
Enjoy hunting for new leads

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Knowledge of HCM software solutions is a plus
Internet marketing sales experience is preferred

Overseeing and executing all aspects of the sales cycle.

Aggressively seeking out new business opportunities to develop new leads.
Scheduling initial appointments to present our services to business owners in person.
Preparing and presenting proposals to convert leads into new business deals.
Transitioning new clients to onboarding.
Conducting follow-up with new clients to ensure they're satisfied with our services and see if they have any questions or concerns.
