About The Position
Winning Wheels is seeking an experienced, positive team player to join its maintenance team. The position follows a Monday–Friday schedule with an on-call rotation and is performed in person. The employee reports directly to the Maintenance Supervisor. Maintenance work includes routine maintenance, cleaning, and repairs involving grounds and parking areas, driveways, landscaping, plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, mechanical systems, and HVAC, with HVAC work performed according to manufacturer specifications and established policies and procedures. The employee also performs unscheduled maintenance tasks as directed.
Requirements
- Experienced maintenance team player.
- Clean driving record.
- Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and repairs on grounds, parking areas, and driveways.
- Perform landscaping maintenance.
- Perform plumbing maintenance and repairs.

- Perform mechanical maintenance and repairs.
