About The Position
Assist in maintaining all mechanical systems as well as the general maintenance of the commercial buildings. Perform necessary maintenance on all mechanical systems. Assist in the daily operation and general maintenance requirements of the commercial and residential buildings. Perform preventative maintenance and repairs as directed by site management and/or by network Facility Management Office. Assist in shipping and receiving activities. Perform maintenance on floors when needed. Respond immediately to emergency situations (fire, evacuation, equipment failure etc.) and client concerns.
Requirements
- Experience in maintaining mechanical systems
- Experience in general building maintenance
- Ability to perform preventative maintenance and repairs
- Ability to assist in shipping and receiving activities
- Ability to perform floor maintenance
- Ability to respond to emergency situations
- Ability to respond to client concerns
