About The Position

Altior Healthcare is a family of services comprising three distinct mental health treatment programs, including a specialized program for US Veterans. With over 15 unique locations, they manage and support 500+ dedicated employees serving over 300 residential clients daily across five states: California, Idaho, Maine, New Hampshire, and Texas. This position is extremely versatile and requires flexibility, supporting the Facilities Supervisor overseeing their beautiful 350-acre campus.

Requirements

  • Ability to carry and handle equipment and supplies
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
  • Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
  • Consistent work history with previous physical job duties
  • Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

  • Vacuum and sweep common areas
  • Mop bathroom floors, clean toilets and countertops
  • Remove trash and replace bags
  • Stock and maintain cleaning supplies, paper towels, toilet paper, etc...
  • Follow all health and safety regulations
  • Report property damage or larger maintenance related concerns as encountered
  • General landscaping maintenance
  • Seasonal preparation
  • Snow removal and sanding walkways
  • Monitoring of utilities, e.g. HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned
