About The Position

Looking for someone with a positive attitude, who works well with others and has some flexibility with schedules. This position is extremely versatile and requires flexibility. Support Facilities Supervisor overseeing our beautiful 350-acre campus.

Requirements

• Preferred experience as a Cleaner, Housekeeper, Janitor, etc...
• Ability to carry and handle equipment and supplies
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
• Consistent work history with previous physical job duties
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs
• Integrity
• Ability to work independently
• Reliability and punctuality and with others
• Support and promote a culture of inclusion and respect among students and fellow staff in our school and community

Responsibilities

• Vacuum and sweep common areas
• Mop bathroom floors, clean toilets and countertops
• Remove trash and replace bags
• Stock and maintain cleaning supplies, paper towels, toilet paper, etc...
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Report property damage or larger maintenance related concerns as encountered
• Other duties as assigned
• General landscaping maintenance
• Seasonal preparation
• Snow removal and sanding walkways
• Monitoring of utilities, e.g. HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.
• Other duties as assigned
