About The Position

EMS is looking for a Team Leader to guide and inspire our retail team to exceed targets while creating a welcoming, vibrant shopping experience that leaves a lasting impression on every customer. This role involves fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment, driving continuous growth through coaching, training, and mentoring, and ensuring impeccable shop floor standards and daily store operations. The Team Leader will also lead visual merchandising efforts, prioritize Health & Safety, motivate the team to meet sales targets, and set the standard for exceptional customer service.

  • Motivate your team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Identify growth opportunities for team members and suggest strategies for their development.
  • Set the standard for exceptional customer service and ensure it’s delivered consistently.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, creating memorable shopping experiences.
  • Represent the EMS brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
