About The Position
Friendship Village Retirement Community is looking to fill a 2nd shift Maintenance position. In this position you provide service to our residents and staff by completing general maintenance requests as well as assist with the transportation of residents and building security. The ideal candidate must have general maintenance/handyman experience, be flexible as duties being performed can change at a monuments notices. Must have an upbeat personality and attitude making residents feel confident, comfortable and cared for.
Requirements
- 18 years of age
- Must have transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
- Prior maintenance experience required
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Flexibility to work 3rd shift as needed.
Responsibilities
