About The Position

We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment, facility systems, and support infrastructure in a manufacturing environment. This role performs mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC, electrical, and general facility maintenance to maximize equipment reliability, safety, and production performance. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
2+ years of maintenance experience in a medium and/or heavy industrial manufacturing environment.
Ability to clearly communicate in English, including speaking, reading, writing, and understanding technical documentation.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, equipment manuals, and in-process documents.
Knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and basic electrical circuitry.
Minimum welding, plumbing, and carpentry skills.
Understanding of preventive maintenance systems.
Forklift certification.
Ability to certify color vision per electrical specifications.
Self-motivated with strong ownership, accountability, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience with preventive maintenance programs.
Lean Manufacturing or TPM experience.
Experience supporting facility infrastructure and building systems.
Aerospace, foundry, or industrial manufacturing experience.
Technical certifications in maintenance, electrical, or related trades.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and HVAC systems and equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on production equipment and facility systems.
Establish and follow PM schedules and procedures to maximize equipment reliability.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, flow diagrams, and one-line drawings to diagnose and repair equipment.
Apply maintenance-related mathematical formulas to solve for area, volume, amperes, ohms, watts, and other calculations.
Perform facility repairs including drywall, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and irrigation system maintenance.
Regularly inspect assigned equipment to identify and address maintenance needs.
Document maintenance actions, irregularities, and improvement opportunities and communicate with team members.
Support Lean Manufacturing and Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives.
Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.
Perform additional facility maintenance tasks as needed.
