Perform property maintenance and landscaping, including light carpentry, welding, cutting, plumbing, painting, and overhead door repair. Inspect and perform maintenance within the Service Center building, including general cleaning such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and dusting. Troubleshoot and correct problems, repair or replace defective parts, components, or systems, and perform safety inspections of equipment, preparing safety documentation. Regular attendance is required. This role may involve performing other duties as assigned, and employees must be able to perform all such duties and tasks. The position requires the ability to work and complete tasks within time constraints, follow all company safety practices, and be flexible and dependable for potential night/weekend shifts. The role also requires the ability to lift approximately 70 lbs. or more, comply with all company policies, rules, procedures, and Code of Conduct, interact well with others, and work independently or in a team setting. The employee must be capable of working under tight time constraints in a high-volume environment with multiple priorities, and possess the ability to read, interpret, and comply with written information and documents such as safety rules, operations/procedure manuals, and maintenance instructions with a high comprehension and concentration level to meet deadlines. A pre-employment drug screen, random drug/alcohol tests, and a criminal history background check are required. Authorization to work in the United States is necessary.
