About The Position

Kingston Bay Senior Living, an Agemark Senior Living community, is looking for an experienced Maintenance Worker who takes pride in keeping our community safe, comfortable, and welcoming. This is a part-time position with a schedule of three days per week, with days varying based on community needs. Flexibility to assist with occasional weekend or evening needs is also required.

Requirements

• At least three years of maintenance or repair experience required.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or related building systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A friendly, approachable attitude when working with residents and team members.
• Availability to work three days per week, with days varying based on community needs.
• Flexibility to assist with occasional weekend or evening needs.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine maintenance requests and repairs.
• Help maintain plumbing, electrical, HVAC, boilers, and other building systems.
• Prepare apartments for new resident move-ins.
• Assist with inspections and coordinate with contractors as needed.
• Follow building codes, safety standards, and required procedures.
• Respond to maintenance needs with a helpful, positive attitude.
