About The Position
Willow Towers is seeking a Part-Time Maintenance Worker to join our team of dedicated professionals in the Building Services department. This role is key to ensuring each visitor and resident has an enjoyable experience by making sure that the facility is well-maintained and operational. Full-time workers for the Maintenance department at Willow Towers receive Union 1199 full benefits package, including paid time off (vacation, sick, personal), health, dental, and vision insurance, and 403b retirement plan. Part-Time is benefit eligible.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills required
- Two or more years of proven experience as a maintenance worker, construction role or similar
- Basic working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting a plus
