About The Position

This position is responsible for supporting the Maintenance Training Program. Trainer will provide assistance and support for maintenance team member’s progression within the DuPont/JBS Maintenance training program. The Maintenance Training Supervisor must have a broad experience base in Mechanical, Pneumatic, Hydraulic and Electrical Power applications. The supervisor should have a solid understanding of the equipment located at the plant of assignment.

Requirements

• Broad experience base in Mechanical, Pneumatic, Hydraulic and Electrical Power applications.
• Solid understanding of the equipment located at the plant of assignment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to support people toward achieving personal and plant results.
• Strong writing and computer skills.
• Speak fluently in English.

Nice To Haves

• Degree from technical/trade school.
• Multi-skilled maintenance background.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite.
• Knowledge or experience working in meat or food processing industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance and support for maintenance team members' progression within the DuPont/JBS Maintenance training program.
• Demonstrate Maintenance Skill Level Labs to trainees.
• Complete all courses in the Maintenance e-Learning Program.
• Ensure trainees are at least one level ahead of the team members being trained.
