About The Position

The Maintenance Training Administrator will provide communication within their Field support area to upcoming training classes. They will monitor enrollments to ensure classes are being populated according to session requirements. They will ensure completion of pre-requisites and pre-class preparation. This role will use various training performance reports to monitor learning plan completion and communicate when associates are due or past due on completing training requirements. Responsibilities

• Monitor pre-requisite completions and pre-class preparation, to include equipment availability, system login, training materials, etc.
• Responsible for entering enrollments into the Learning Management System and mapping related Learning Plans.
• Perform class audits for enrollment fulfillment.
• Single Point of Contact for metrics reporting, associate and management questions and needs.
• On day of sessions, monitor attendance and escalate no shows or other class set up issues such as lack of supplies, login issues for virtual, etc.
• Leader observation, problems solved in a timely manner.
• Other projects/tasks as assigned.
