Maintenance Trainee | Rochester
About The Position
Morgan Properties will train you to become a Maintenance Technician through their Fix It Forward Program. This is a full-time paid training program designed for individuals with no prior apartment maintenance experience who are dependable, ready to learn, and enjoy hands-on work. The program lasts 3 to 6 months and progresses through three levels: Beginner (safety, tools, basic tasks), Intermediate (more repairs, less supervision), and Advanced (complex work, ready for a permanent role). Participants will receive on-the-job training and company-paid certifications. Upon successful completion and permanent placement, trainees will transition to a Maintenance Technician role with opportunities for pay increases at each training level and upon permanent hire.
