About The Position

Morgan Properties is offering a full-time paid training program, the Fix It Forward Program, to train individuals to become Maintenance Technicians. No prior apartment maintenance experience is required. This program is ideal for dependable individuals who are ready to learn and enjoy hands-on work. The training program lasts 3 to 6 months and progresses through three levels: Beginner (safety, tools, basic tasks), Intermediate (more repairs, less supervision), and Advanced (complex work, ready for a permanent role).

Requirements

• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities
