About The Position

Morgan Properties is offering a full-time paid training program to help individuals become Maintenance Technicians. This program, known as the Fix It Forward Program, is located in Concord, NC. No prior apartment maintenance experience is required. The program is designed for dependable individuals who are ready to learn and enjoy hands-on work. Participants will receive on-the-job training and company-paid certifications, with opportunities for pay raises as they progress through different training levels. Upon completion, there is a clear career path to a permanent Maintenance Technician role.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform basic maintenance tasks.
• Undertake more complex repairs with less supervision.

• Travel to nearby sister properties for training.
