About The Position

Fore Property Company, a privately held growing national development and property management company, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team at a beautiful Class A Luxury apartment community in Ocoee, FL. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for handling work orders, performing apartment maintenance and repairs, turning vacant apartments, maintaining property grounds and common areas, and undertaking any other duties assigned by the business manager and supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years previous multifamily maintenance experience required
• HVAC Certification required
• CPO certification required
• Ability to communicate clearly with staff and residents, both in writing and verbally
• Skilled in repair and maintenance of household appliances, air conditioning/heating, painting/drywall, plumbing, and minor electrical
• Must operate specialized tools
• Must be able to lift objects weighing 50lbs or above regularly
• Valid Driver’s License
• Own tools

Responsibilities

• Handle work orders
• Perform apartment maintenance and repair
• Turn vacant apartments
• Maintain property grounds and common areas
• Perform any other duties assigned from business manager and supervisor
