About The Position
PalletOne, Inc. is looking for a motivated entry‑level Maintenance Technician who’s ready to learn, grow, and contribute to a high‑performing manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you’ll help keep our equipment and facility running safely and efficiently while building valuable technical skills in an industrial environment. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid state driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs independently
- Willingness to provide personal tools as required
- Strong safety awareness and ability to follow instructions
Nice To Haves
- 1–2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
- Experience using presses, drills, clamps, and other small tools
- Interest in learning precision measuring tools (to .001”), such as calipers, micrometers, and indicators
- Basic troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) tasks
- Inspect, repair, and maintain mechanical equipment and machinery using hand and power tools
- Assist with troubleshooting equipment issues and identifying solutions
- Follow OSHA and safety standards, including lockout/tagout procedures
- Read and interpret basic machine schematics with limited guidance
- Organize parts, tools, and materials in designated locations
- Communicate clearly and effectively with supervisors and team members
- Work cross‑functionally with other departments to support overall plant success
- Participate in special projects and take on other duties as assigned
