Coury Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for the Magnolia Hotel Dallas Downtown. This role is crucial for ensuring the hotel's facilities operate smoothly and efficiently, contributing to a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for guests and staff. Requirements

• At least two years of hands-on experience in general maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or HVAC systems.
• Experience in building or facility maintenance, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with the team and guests.
• Safety-focused.
• Knowledgeable about standard health and safety procedures.
