Maintenance Technician
About The Position
Myan Management Group, LLC. is actively seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician in Sherman, TX to keep our apartments in excellent working condition, deliver outstanding customer service, and assist the Property Manager in day-to-day operations. In this role, you will also supervise the maintenance staff. This maintenance technician position offers competitive pay starting at $25-$27 per hour, depending on the size of the property. As a Maintenance Technician, you play a vital role in keeping the property in an attractive, safe, and functional condition.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in property management
- HVAC and EPA certification
- Ability to be available for “on-call” emergencies 24/7
- Valid driver's license

Responsibilities
- Supervise make-ready technician, service technicians, groundskeepers, and housekeepers.
- Collaborate closely with the Property Manager to report supply needs, staff issues, and potential liability concerns.
- Train maintenance staff and oversee the performance of contractors and vendors.
- Identify and report safety hazards while ensuring timely corrective actions.
- Take pride in maintaining the visual appeal and operational integrity of our grounds, buildings, and apartment units.
