About The Position
Responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks. Perform building tasks in one or more fields; carpentry, electrical, heating, ventilation, HVAC, plumbing, etc. Perform general cleaning and other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Excellent oral/written skills required
- 1-3 years of prior maintenance experience, required
- Be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Be able to stand/walk for entire shift.
- Must be able to climb/stand on ladders and stairs.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, reach.
- Must keep a neat, safe workspace.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance as required.
- Complete assigned daily work orders to include tasks such as plumbing, electrical, sheetrock repair, etc.
- Perform daily/weekly inspection tours
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
