About The Position

Richdale's Maintenance Team is currently hiring dedicated and motivated Maintenance Technicians for several Class A luxury apartment communities in Dallas, Texas. As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our residents while being recognized and rewarded for your hard work and dedication.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of maintenance experience
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, painting, and general apartment maintenance
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to high-quality work
• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills with residents, management, vendors, and contractors
• Ability to participate in a rotating on-call schedule

Nice To Haves

• HVAC certification highly preferred (training opportunities available)

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests involving HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and pools
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and property assets
• Identify and correct hazardous conditions promptly
• Deliver resident communications as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents
• Participate in the on-call rotation
