About The Position

Richdale is currently hiring dedicated and motivated Maintenance Technicians for several Class A luxury apartment communities in Dallas, Texas. As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our residents while being recognized and rewarded for your hard work and dedication. This role is for individuals who are passionate about helping people, thrive as self-starters, and enjoy problem-solving.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of maintenance experience
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, painting, and general apartment maintenance
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to high-quality work
• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills with residents, management, vendors, and contractors
• Ability to participate in a rotating on-call schedule

Nice To Haves

• HVAC certification preferred (training opportunities available)

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests involving HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and pools
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and property assets
• Identify and correct hazardous conditions promptly
• Deliver resident communications as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents
• Participate in the on-call rotation
