About The Position

Join a brand-new, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility opening this September in Webster, NY. This role is for a Maintenance Technician in a highly automated manufacturing operation. The company is seeking individuals with 3-4 years of manufacturing maintenance experience and a strong mechanical aptitude. Training will be provided for those willing to learn robotics and automated equipment. Interviews and training will begin at their current facility before moving into the new plant.

Requirements

3+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
Basic electrical troubleshooting experience
Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, conveyors, bearings, or similar industrial equipment
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or equipment manuals
Experience using hand and power tools
Willingness to learn robotics and automated manufacturing systems

Nice To Haves

Experience with robotics or automation
PLC troubleshooting experience
Industrial electrical experience
Experience maintaining automated manufacturing equipment

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Diagnose equipment issues to minimize downtime and maximize production
Assist with maintaining automated production equipment, robotics, and conveyors (training provided)
Troubleshoot motors, sensors, bearings, drives, and other machine components
Read blueprints, schematics, equipment manuals, and technical documentation
Perform equipment inspections and document maintenance activities
Support continuous improvement initiatives and equipment reliability
