About The Position

The Maintenance Technician performs scheduled preventive maintenance, including guest room care, and completes and documents guest and associate work orders. The role troubleshoots and repairs minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems; maintains, cleans, and adjusts pool systems and chemicals; and repairs furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment, including laundry, kitchen, and small appliances. Duties also include seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, trash removal, and operating and maintaining hand tools and power equipment.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of general maintenance experience.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

• Hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification is a plus.

Responsibilities
