About The Position

Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Casa Azure, a 196-unit apartment community in Phoenix, Arizona. The technician is responsible for the property’s general appearance and maintenance, helping provide residents with a positive living experience. The role includes monitoring the property for needed repairs and replacements, completing work requests, performing preventive maintenance, repairing appliances, and preparing vacant units for new residents. Occasional on-call duties may be required; a trip stipend is provided if called back to the site after regular work hours.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing systems, and painting.
• A valid driver's license and insurance may be required.

Nice To Haves

• One to two years of previous maintenance experience.
• HVAC and EPA experience.
• CPO certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the property for repairs or replacements that may be needed.
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartment units.
• Perform preventive maintenance on the property.
• Assess and repair appliances as needed.
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents.
• Create and maintain a safe work environment.
• Handle occasional on-call duties; a trip stipend is provided if called back to the site after regular work hours.
