About The Position

Dominium is seeking an Assistant Manager for Casa Azure, a 196-unit apartment community in Phoenix, Arizona. The Assistant Manager supports the Community Manager with the property's daily operations, helping maintain occupancy and meet financial goals while fostering positive resident and community relationships. The position may require being on call as scheduled by management and working occasional evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Nice To Haves

• One to two years of previous property management experience.
• Section 8, Section 42, and/or market-rate experience.
• Yardi software experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals.
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist the Community Manager with training, directing, motivating, and assisting site personnel.
• Establish positive relationships within the community.
• Be on call as scheduled by management.
