About The Position
Sage Ventures is a full-service vertically integrated residential development and investment firm. As a collaboratively-run corporation, we develop, own, rehabilitate, sell, and manage exceptional properties throughout the greater Baltimore/Washington region. Under the direct supervision of the Property Manager, the Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures, in addition to performing grounds maintenance.
Requirements
- General maintenance knowledge
- Excellent customer service experience required
- Able to work well with minimal supervision
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- General knowledge of safety rules and regulations
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Must have own tools
Nice To Haves
- Depending on location, may be required to have dependable transportation and valid driver’s license
