About The Position
Trellis Mgmt is seeking a reliable, "can-do" Maintenance Technician to join their Twin Cities team. This is a stable, full-time position with no weekends required, focused on ensuring residents in a 168-unit apartment community in Eden Prairie have a safe, clean, and functional place to live. The role involves managing boilers, furnaces, plumbing, AC units, performing unit turnovers and repairs, conducting preventative maintenance, and general grounds upkeep including snow removal.
Requirements
- 2+ years of mechanical or basic maintenance experience (Plumbing, Appliances, Electrical, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a solid understanding of general repair techniques.
- Valid Driver's License, insurance and a reliable vehicle.
- Ability to lift 50lbs.
- Comfortable bending, squatting, kneeling, and working overhead for extended periods.
Nice To Haves
- Boiler license is a huge plus, but we will pay for your training to get one if you don't have it.
Responsibilities
- Prepping units for new residents and handling daily work orders.
- Managing boilers, furnaces, and plumbing.
- Handling wall unit ACs.
- Conducting quality checks to catch issues before they happen.
- General maintenance and essential snow removal to keep the community accessible.
