About The Position

We are looking for a reliable, "can-do" Maintenance Technician to join our Twin Cities - Project Based Section 8 team. If you want a stable, full-time position with no weekends required, we want to talk to you! The Role: You will be the backbone of a 66-unit apartment community in Minneapolis, ensuring our residents have a safe, clean, and functional place to live.

Requirements

• 1+ year of mechanical or basic maintenance experience (Plumbing, Appliances, Electrical, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a solid understanding of general repair techniques.
• Valid Driver's License, insurance and a reliable vehicle are a must.
• Ability to lift 50lbs.
• Comfortable bending, squatting, kneeling, and working overhead for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

• Boiler license is a huge plus, but we will pay for your training to get one if you don't have it.

Responsibilities

• Prepping units for new residents and handling daily work orders.
• Managing boilers, Forced air furnaces, wall unit A/C's and plumbing (we will train you for your boiler license!).
• Conducting quality checks to catch issues before they happen.
• General maintenance and essential snow removal to keep the community accessible.
