Our Byesville, OH, USA plant is an integral part of our Beverage division, dedicated to processing and packaging fruit-based juice mixes, syrups, extracts, and other liquid ingredients. Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent (required)
  • 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (chemical or beverage preferred)
  • Strong working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues to minimize downtime
  • Experience reading and interpreting schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings
  • Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices in an industrial environment
  • Team‑oriented mindset with initiative and pride in workmanship
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook); SAP experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment
  • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
  • Diagnose equipment issues quickly to minimize downtime and keep operations moving
  • Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings
  • Partner with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability
  • Support continuous improvement projects and equipment upgrades
  • Follow and promote strong safety and quality standards at all times
