About The Position
Delmar Gardens of Chesterfield is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for its skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. The technician helps ensure the facility is clean, safe, and comfortable, and assists the Director of Environmental Services with fire and building inspections and preventative maintenance. The position is listed for the evening shift, 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Requirements
- Experience with painting, drywall repair, and light electrical and plumbing systems is required.
- Must be knowledgeable in building codes and safety regulations.
- High school diploma or GED and one year of experience are preferred.
