Maintenance Technician (FT/Evening)
About The Position
Delmar Gardens of Chesterfield is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for its skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. The successful candidate will help maintain the facility in a clean, safe, and comfortable condition. The role assists the Director of Environmental Services with fire and building inspections and preventive maintenance duties. Experience with painting, drywall repair, and light electrical and plumbing systems is required. Candidates must be knowledgeable about building codes and safety regulations. The position is on the evening shift, 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. A high school diploma or GED and one year of experience are preferred.
