About The Position

The Maintenance Technician will perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on manufacturing and facility equipment. This role involves troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to restore equipment to proper operating condition. The technician will document maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage, and partner with production teams to prioritize work that supports safety, quality, and operational goals. Additionally, the role supports continuous improvement efforts by identifying equipment reliability opportunities and ensures adherence to all safety, food safety, and regulatory requirements. Assistance with equipment installations, upgrades, and changeovers is also expected.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Experience reading technical manuals, schematics, or drawings.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work scheduled hours and respond to operational needs in an onsite role.
