About The Position

Join our team supporting a close-knit senior living community where safety, comfort, and care come first. This is a hands-on role where your work truly makes a difference. The position is part-time, 28 hours per week, at Roxanna Booth Manor, a 23-unit senior living community.

Requirements

• 2+ years of maintenance experience (residential/senior housing a plus)
• Skills in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
• Troubleshoot and complete repairs quickly and safely
• Maintain common areas and grounds
• Ensure safety compliance and address hazards
• Track supplies and maintenance needs
• Support and guide junior staff as needed
