About The Position

This is a part-time Maintenance Technician position, working 28 hours per week, at Roxanna Booth Manor, a 23-Unit Senior Living Community located at 1315 Chestnut St, Kenova, WV 25530. The role is hands-on and focuses on ensuring the safety, comfort, and care of residents within a close-knit senior living environment. Requirements

• 2+ years of maintenance experience
• Skills in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
• Troubleshoot and complete repairs quickly and safely
• Maintain common areas and grounds
• Ensure safety compliance and address hazards
• Track supplies and maintenance needs
• Support and guide junior staff as needed
