Requirements

• Associate Degree in Electrical Maintenance preferred or High School Diploma plus at least three years of related experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis.
• Experience with a Windows-based computer system (Microsoft Office programs and Maintenance Work Order software).
• Ability to read and comprehend documents such as blueprints, schematics, work orders, etc.
• Ability to write standard documentation and effectively present information to other employees.
• Work on electrical systems up to 480 VAC.
• Strong knowledge in motor control circuits, automated valves and process controls.
• Ensure that all processes are followed.

Nice To Haves

• This position may require forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain production equipment and buildings to company standard.
• PC to PLC program maintenance, troubleshooting, and control devices.
• Perform preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance on equipment.
• Diagnose cause of electrical and mechanical failure of operational equipment.
• Set up new equipment lines and equipment changeovers.
• Train production and other maintenance personnel.
• Complete daily work order log.
• Complete PM’s as assigned.
• Follow parts check out procedure.
• Follow all GMP standards.
