About The Position

Pinehurst Country Club is currently recruiting a Full-Time, Seasonal, Maintenance Technician! This position would work through the summer, likely through October, but has potential to become a permanent role! The Maintenance Technician position is responsible for performing and executing multiple duties to troubleshoot, repair and maintain the Club's equipment and structures.

Requirements

  • One year experience
  • Knowledge of basic carpentry
  • Knowledge in repairing various building applications
  • Plumbing fixture repairs
  • Electrical background
  • Communicates effectively and clearly, both verbally and written
  • Must be reliable and punctual

Nice To Haves

  • HVAC knowledge a plus

Responsibilities

  • Performs regular and emergency maintenance repairs on the company grounds
  • Performs simple electrical duties and responsibilities
  • Performs regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and Club facilities
  • Effectively reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service
  • Collaborates and performs a variety of projects associated with building maintenance
  • Use of variety of hand and power tools and materials
  • Performs mechanical skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC.
  • Must possess good troubleshooting skills
  • Complies with OSHA safety regulations and maintains a clean and organized work area
  • Additional job responsibilities, as needed
