About The Position

MG Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join its team at 2150 Apartments in Chandler, Arizona. The ideal candidate has experience across all maintenance trades and a strong customer-service focus. The role includes maintaining the property’s grounds, offices, and common areas; completing resident maintenance requests; repairing appliances; painting; preparing apartments for turnover; and responding to emergency calls.

Employees must have reliable transportation and be available for an on-call rotation. As a condition of employment, employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings during work duties. Requirements

• At least 2 years of apartment maintenance experience is preferred, ideally on a 200-unit property.
• Experience in all trades, including plumbing, electrical, and air conditioning, is required.
• Customer-service attitude.
• Flexibility and ability to work in a team environment.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability to work on-call rotation.

Responsibilities
