What You'll Do: As a Maintenance Technician at our Aurora Service Center, your work will directly support the reliability and performance of our wash operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of maintenance experience
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of OSHA safety practices and LOTO
- Electrical experience with schematics, PLCs, 480v/3-phase, D/C motors, Yaskawa A/C drives, control logic, and wiring
- Mechanical experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and related systems
- Ability to work overtime when needed
Nice To Haves
- Boiler or MIG/TIG welding experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting and resolving mechanical and electrical equipment issues
- Performing preventive maintenance and safety inspections
- Supporting general building maintenance needs (plumbing, painting, drywall, cleaning, general upkeep)
- Partnering with the maintenance team to address recurring equipment problems
- Ensuring compliance with OSHA safety standards and Tosca protocols
- Demonstrating strong understanding of and adherence to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) safety procedures
