What You'll Do: As a Maintenance Technician at our Springfield Service Center, your work ensures that our wash and processing equipment operates smoothly and reliably.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of maintenance experience (mechanical and electrical)
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of OSHA safety practices, including LOTO
- Electrical background with schematics, PLCs, 480v/3-phase, D/C motors, Yaskawa A/C drives, wiring, and control logic
- Mechanical skills involving hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, and industrial controls
- Ability to work overtime as needed
Nice To Haves
- Boiler or MIG/TIG welding experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipment issues
- Completing preventive maintenance and conducting inspections
- Supporting general facility repairs such as plumbing, painting, drywall, and cleaning
- Partnering with the maintenance team to identify and resolve recurring equipment problems
- Ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and Tosca safety protocols
- Demonstrating a strong working knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures
