What You'll Do: As a Maintenance Technician at our Lakewood Service Center, your work ensures that our wash and processing equipment operates smoothly and reliably.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of maintenance experience (mechanical and electrical)
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of OSHA safety practices, including LOTO
- Electrical experience with schematics, PLCs, 480v/3-phase, D/C motors, Yaskawa A/C drives, wiring, and control logic
- Mechanical experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, and industrial controls
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
Nice To Haves
- Experience with boilers or MIG/TIG welding is helpful but not required
Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues
- Completing preventive maintenance and safety inspections
- Supporting general building repairs such as plumbing, drywall, painting, and cleaning
- Collaborating with the maintenance team to identify and resolve recurring problems
- Ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and Tosca safety protocols
- Demonstrating strong understanding and consistent use of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures
