What You'll Do: As a Maintenance Technician at our Newnan Service Center, you will support the reliability and performance of our wash operations. Responsibilities include:

  • Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment
  • Performing preventive maintenance and conducting routine inspections
  • Supporting general facility maintenance such as plumbing, drywall, painting, cleaning, and safety checks
  • Collaborating with the maintenance team to resolve recurring issues and implement improvements
  • Ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and Tosca’s internal safety processes
  • Demonstrating strong working knowledge and full adherence to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of maintenance experience
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety practices, including LOTO
  • Electrical knowledge including schematics, PLCs, 480v/3-phase systems, D/C motors, Yaskawa A/C drives, wiring, and control logic
  • Mechanical knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, and industrial controls
  • Willingness to work a rotating schedule and support overtime as needed
  • Boiler or MIG/TIG welding experience is helpful but not required
