What You'll Do: As a Maintenance Technician at our Omaha Service Center, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing the equipment and systems that keep our wash operations running smoothly. This includes:

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of mechanical and electrical maintenance experience
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of OSHA and production safety practices, including LOTO
  • Strong electrical knowledge (schematics, PLCs, 480v/3-phase, D/C motors, Yaskawa A/C drives, wiring, control logic)
  • Understanding of industrial mechanical systems (hydraulics, pneumatics, controls)
  • Flexibility to work overtime and support business needs

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with boilers or MIG/TIG welding is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting and resolving equipment and manufacturing system issues
  • Performing preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure reliability and safety
  • Supporting general building maintenance (plumbing, drywall, painting, cleaning, general upkeep)
  • Collaborating with the maintenance team to diagnose and resolve recurring equipment issues
  • Ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and Tosca internal safety protocols
  • Demonstrating strong knowledge of and adherence to the Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) program
